- Guild of Guardians (Executive Producer with Mineloader Studios): Took over a stalled project, redesigned the game, scaled global team to 40, and launched game in 12 months with D1 retention of >60% and >$24m in revenue to date. Built tight feedback loops with the player community throughout development to validate design decisions.
- Magic Eden: Contracted to design and ship a token rewards system for the largest SOL NFT marketplace, generating millions in transaction value. Worked across product, engineering, and BD to balance creator and buyer dynamics in a two-sided economy.
